In the spotlight...

Wang Cai is Head of Engineering at Prins Castings & Forgings’ site in China. He is responsible for technical audits of new suppliers, provides suppliers with technical support and supervises the new samples process from development and design to delivery.

We work as sustainably as possible at Prins. For example, we supply all products on Euro pallets and pallet collars that are reused in an exchange pool. Our shipments are done as efficiently as possible  

Working as an account manager at Prins means being heavily involved in supervising current projects for your own customers, which makes the role diverse and fun. You’re constantly in touch with a variety of departments. 

I enjoy number crunching as well as balancing the books and working things out arithmetically. Prior to joining Prins, I spent 10 years working for another company.

As CTO, I am responsible for technology, the quality of our existing products and the quality of our many new developments. 

As account manager, I am responsible for various accounts in France, as well as several accounts in Spain and Belgium.

As logistic & warehouse manager I am responsible for the complete logistic process within Prins China. 

In 2018, I decided to leave my job as an online retail buyer and find a new challenge abroad. 

I ended up at Prins almost 13 years ago, after the company I worked at back then merged with Prins.

As Country Manager, I work with a team of account managers and am responsible for our clients in France and Italy. 

I am responsible for internal sales at Prins. This means I deal with various things within the sales process.

It is my job to guide our customers and suppliers when developing castings and forgings. 

Mike has been an Account Manager for the Netherlands at Prins since September 2020.

Jeffrey is working at Prins's new warehouse in Amersfoort.
