Account Manager for the Netherlands

Mike has been an Account Manager for the Netherlands at Prins since September 2020. He first made acquaintance with Prins from a traineeship as part of his degree programme in mechanical engineering, part of which he spent working at our premises in China. Being hired in the role of an Account Manager for the Netherlands felt like a homecoming in so many ways. 

"I am the point of contact between the customer and the firm. My most important responsibility is to ensure and maintain customer satisfaction among our existing client base. I make sure that everything runs smoothly, that we meet all of our customers' expectations and that new assignments keep coming in. I also make contact with potential customers and show them exactly what Prins can do for them."
